The Crescent Theatre's semi-regular comedy night returns with some of the best in local comedy!
Headliner: JAMES COOK
One of the best stand-ups to come out of Birmingham in recent years, James has had his fingers in many comedy pies - performing as a stand-up all over the country and as part of the Bread and Circuses sketch group, being a DJ for Trent FM, and acting as promoter and MC at several comedy clubs in the West Midlands
Truly original - Melody Maker
‘Shows scant regard for the hackneyed conventions of stand-up - The Scotsman
With Support from ANNETTE FAGON
Annette Fagon is a loud and engaging comic... making fast progress on the UK comedy circuit.
Growing up as that rare thing in the midlands of the 1980s, the daughter of a Jamaican newsagent mother, has clearly left its mark.
With this sort of retro observational comedy, she's just like Peter Kay would be - well, if he were female, black and from Leicester - Chortle
Compère - CRAIG DEELEY
Local boy Craig Deeley has been gigging all over the country since 2003. People have laughed and everything.
Charming Brummie with a nice take on life - Gay Times
...One to watch. - Last Laugh, Sheffield
His 15 minutes were over far too quickly - BBC Birmingham
All this for £5!
