Tension because it’s less than 3 weeks to first night. There’s these two families stuck in this attic cut off from the world riding a see saw of emotion. There’s friction between the generations between families, within families. Outside is a hostile world which they get glimpses of and snippets of good news but basically it’s a struggle to stay sane which is the best hope of survival.
