The Crescent Theatre is located just off Broad Street in Brindleyplace.

QPark LogoBy car: Turn into Sheepcote Street at the traffic light junction by the Novotel, then follow the signposts for the QPark Brindleyplace Car Park inBrunswick street, off the roundabout. Take care as this is the start of the pedestrianised part of Brindleyplace.  The 903 space car park is situated next to the theatre and is safe, clean and well lit.  The postcode of the car park for SatNav is B1 2JF. Roadside parking on local streets is quite limited and free parking, where permitted, does not now start until 7.30pm. This includes single-yellow lines.

By Coach: By Coach: Parties can be dropped off opposite the Crescent Theatre in the bus/coach bays provided. These provide a 30min stay for drop off and pick up. A coach parking facility is located in Brewery St. (Post code: B6 4HT). For enquiries contact the Parking Team on 0121 675 5119 or visit Birmingham City Council website.

By public transport: New Street and Snow Hill stations are about 15 minutes walk away whilst Five Ways Station on the Cross City Line is just 10 minutes walk.   Buses 1C, 9, 10, 21, 22, 23, 29, 103, 109, 120, 126, 139, 140 and 258 run along Broad Street.  Taxis can drop passengers at the front entrance.

Access: The Crescent Theatre has lift or level access to all public areas. There is an adapted toilet on the ground floor and space for up to six wheelchair users in the main house and two in the studio.  All staircases have continuous handrails with tactile surfaces at each landing.  Both auditoria are equipped with infra-red sound transmissions systems.


Car Parking: When attending a performance at the Crescent Theatre obtain ticket from adjacent QPark Brindleyplace Car Park and get it validated in the theatre box office for a 10% discount. More details on the QPark website. Be aware that on-street parking restrictions apply to 7.30pm.

Coach Parking: Parties can be dropped off at the Crescent entrance after which coaches must be parked only in approved locations. Birmingham Cirty Council has opened a new Coach park in Brewery Street, Aston, B6 4HT.
