Required tickets will be reserved and an Invoice will be issued payable no later than 30 days of receipt of the invoice, or 30 days prior to the event, whichever is sooner. If the booking is made within this time limit payment is due at time of booking and no tickets will be reserved until payment is received. Once full payment in cleared funds is received the booking will be confirmed. All tickets are non-refundable; once the booking has been confirmed tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. The primary booker’s direct telephone number is required. Bookings cannot be taken solely with the school or organisation telephone number. Bookings of ten or more tickets will qualify as a group booking.

The advertised price of the ticket is the price you pay. We do not add transaction fees to the full advertised ticket price. However, please note that we also work as a ticket agent for external companies and as such have little or no control on ticketing for these events.
Tickets can be posted if requested at time of booking. Tickets are despatched within 5 working days of the order being placed. Should tickets not arrive the purchaser should contact Box Office; replacement tickets will be available for collection on the day of the performance. We CANNOT re-post lost tickets.
