The Crescent Theatre

By Train:  We are about a 15 minute walk from both New Street and Snow Hill stations, with Five Ways station on the Cross City Line is just a 10 minute walk away. The local service is operated by West Midlands Railways.

By Metro: Our nearest Metro stop is currently The Library, Centenary Square, which is about a 10 minute walk through the ICC and Brindleyplace.  The closer Brindleyplace stop is scheduled to open soon.

By Bus: Bus Stops are located outside the theatre on Sheepcote Street (from the City Centre) and Grosvenor Street West (to the City Centre).  Route Numbers: 9, 10, 12, 12A, 13, 13A, 23, 24, 126, X8, X10.

By Car: From Five Ways, take the Broad Street exit then turn 1st left onto Ryland Street, then turn right onto Grosvenor Street West.  For Q-Park Brindleyplace, at the traffic lights turn right onto Sheepcote Street, then take the first exit off the roundabout onto the pedestrianised Brunswick Square.  Follow the road round to the right to Q-Park Brindleyplace car park.

Taxi: Taxis can drop passengers near the front entrance on Sheepcote Street.  Taxi’s can often be found in front of the Hilton Garden Inn next to the Theatre on Brunswick Square.


Car Parking:  Be aware that on-street parking restrictions apply to 7.30pm.Turn into Sheepcote Street at the traffic light junction by the Novotel, then follow the signposts for the QPark Brindleyplace Car Park inBrunswick street, off the roundabout. Take care as this is the start of the pedestrianised part of Brindleyplace.  The 903 space car park is situated next to the theatre and is safe, clean and well lit.  The postcode of the car park for SatNav is B1 2JF. Coach Parking: By Coach: Parties can be dropped off opposite the Crescent Theatre in the bus/coach bays provided. These provide a 30min stay for drop off and pick up.
