This powerful twentieth century American classic reveals the painful and tragic disintegration of the life of the former Southern ‘belle’, Blanche Dubois.

Forced to confront, but never fully accepting the failures of her life and the loss of her once-grand Mississippi home, Blanche moves into the seedy New Orleans apartment of her pregnant sister Stella, and her brutal, abusive husband, Stanley Kowalski. Blanche struggles to retain her tissue of delusion, but in a frightening and violent clash of cultures, the shocking truth of her life emerges. A moving and thought-provoking play.
