The Crescent Theatre Company presents

by Kafka/Berkoff

3 - 10 Oct in the Studio at 7.45pm | Matinées: Sun 4 Oct & Sat 10 Oct at 2.45pm

Dealing with change is always difficult but to go to bed one night as Gregor does and wake up as an insect the following morning is the stuff of nightmares.

Berkoff’s adaption of Kafka’s fable charts the terrifying effect of this metamorphosis not only on Gregor himself but on his family who pass through shock, disgust, incomprehension, denial and betrayal.

A brilliant play that asks many questions not only of Gregor and his family but of ourselves and our own experiences and gives no answers.
