The Crescent Theatre has a reputation for producing theatre of the highest standard. Every volunteer and paid member of staff at the Crescent plays an important part in maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
The Crescent Theatre was established in 1932 as a theatre company for members and is the largest amateur theatre company in the West Midlands. Our theatre comprises 4 performance spaces, a technical workshop, rehearsal spaces, dressing rooms and areas dedicated to wardrobe and props. We also operate a licensed bar. The membership who make up our Crescent Theatre Company produce up to 20 productions per year.
The sustainability of the company depends on the success of our extensive external hire operations, which contribute the greater proportion of our income.

Technician

The role requires someone with strong technical skills with emphasis on lighting or stage, knowledge of sound, health and safety requirements and prior experience in a similar role. The Technician will have overarching responsibility for Crescent Theatre equipment and adherence to health and safety legislation.

Cleaner (Weekends)
Hours: 9 hrs minimum per week (weekends plus weekday holiday cover)
Rate: £10.42 per hour

We are looking for a Cleaner to provide a professional, efficient and effective cleaning service that enhances the appearance of the facility and supports a healthy environment. Normal working hours are 6am to 10.30am.
