‘You see things; and you say 'Why?'. I dream things that never were; and I say, "Why not?". – George Bernard Shaw
The Crescent Theatre presents an evening of scenes from the work of George Bernard Shaw. Come and enjoy the wit, wisdom and social commentary in a medley of iconic scenes from some of Shaw’s best-loved plays, including Pygmalion, Mrs Warren’s Profession, Saint Joan and more.
After Shakespeare, Shaw is the most-performed playwright in the Crescent Theatre’s hundred-year history. We are proud to present some of his greatest hits as part of our Centenary Season celebrations.
