The BNBF Midland Championship showcases the best natural bodybuilders. It's a competition to name the 2026 Midland champions, who will represent the Midlands in the National Finals back on Oct 10th
There are classes for Teens to Over 60s, men and women.
The event starts with the preliminary judging at 1pm, followed by the evening show and presentation from 4pm.
The top 2 competitors will qualify to represent Midlands at The BNBF British finals on 10th Oct 2026
